To register, fill out the application form online, download the completed form along with the acknowledgment slips, print and sign them, and submit the documents at the school campus for further processing. 

Admissions are processed upon submission of the duly completed application form along with the Wellness Form. Parents may submit the required documents either in person at the school campus or through the online admission portal.
